Financiera Solar has issued subordinated bonds in dollars, for a value of USD. 5,000,000, for a term of 10 years, achieving a successful issuance and placement on March 30, 2021.
CADIEM Casa de Bolsa, through its Corporate Finance Department, was the placement agent for the issue.
With this operation, Financiera Solar seeks to consolidate its products and services, increasing its operating capital and strengthening its solvency margin.
