This Tuesday, Grupo Vázquez SAE placed bonds for a total of G. 50 billion, and another US$ 15 million. The funds obtained in this issuance will be used for the restructuring of Grupo Vázquez's liabilities, as well as for operating capital.
Grupo Vázquez has a 76-year history, operates through its business units and a wide variety of companies, generates G. 452 billion in assets, and G. 170 billion in revenues. It began its activities in the commercial, financial and agribusiness sectors, and has expanded greatly over more than four decades of commitment to business sustainability and innovation, diversifying into the other sectors in which it operates today. As a growth strategy, the company now has four business units: Agricultural and Livestock Division, Entertainment Division, Food Division and Investment Division.
