Cadiem closed 2017 leading in the ranking of stock exchanges.

2017 has been a year of great challenges for Cadiem, with many changes and a constant effort to improve the service to its external and internal customers, said Natalia Trinidad, the company's commercial manager.
We closed the year leading the market, obtaining 21% of the total volume of negotiations in the Stock Exchange, a fact that we consider important not only for reaching this figure in itself, but also because it demonstrates our clients' trust in us, the daily dedication of our collaborators and the responsibility that this represents for the company," he added.

OFFICES
One of the highlights was the opening of their new offices in the Atlas Center corporate building, which allowed them to unite the commercial area with the administration and operations areas. Previously they were located in two different locations and this union made communication more efficient and dynamic, which allowed the entire structure to make faster and more accurate decisions.

Another fact that fills us with pride is that we have positioned ourselves in the top 4 of the companies considered as an excellent place to work in Paraguay. It was the second time that we measured the company's climate through the methodology used by Great Place to Work, which carries out worldwide measurements. This tool helps us to know how our employees feel in their workplace and what actions we can take as a company to make them feel happier at Cadiem," said the manager.

MARKET
Regarding the development of the capital market, they observed growth in the secondary market and greater dynamics of public institutions in the primary market, in addition to a great interest of the people in how to operate in the Stock Exchange, so they consider that one of their tasks is to continue with the line of action, providing them with this information through lectures, forums and courses.
For 2018 we have several projects in the pipeline, such as the launching of new products to provide the possibility for investments to be truly for everyone," he concluded.
