CADIEM as one of the "Companies that take care of people".

Last Thursday was held the recognition of "Companies that care for people" organized by the Center of Information and Resources for Development (CIRD). This initiative is developed within the framework of the Project "Strengthening the response against COVID-19", implemented by the Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare (MSPBS) with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). 

During the meeting, awards were given to 11 guilds and 41 companies, divided into 3 categories: Saving Lives, Impact and Commitment.

CADIEM, was awarded in the category of Saving Lives and Impact, where the activities recognized included regular immunization program schemes in companies in coordination with the MSPyBS, in addition to support to hospitals and families of hospitalized patients with solidarity campaigns where customers and employees joined for the purchase of medicines of greatest need, As a direct result in this category, 100% of CADIEM's employees have completed their basic vaccination schedule and have had access to their booster doses against COVID-19. 

In order to expose some internal data, during the strongest crisis of the pandemic, CADIEM maintained the staff of collaborators, without economic or personnel reductions, a program of Referral Agents was launched, which provided income to people who were affected in terms of work, permits were granted for vaccinations, as well as the management so that each member of the staff could access their doses and in the place where they were due, the implementation of work crews, home office and economic support for the COVID test in the laboratories of the laboratories, The implementation of work crews, the home office and economic support for the COVID test in private laboratories, as well as mindfulness workshops for employees and a workshop on mental health care.
